I never quite enjoyed mousse but this is ooh so good. I added a good additional portion of about 200g of dark chocolate. Yumz! Jac enjoyed this tremendously. :)

Vanilla Cupcakes
The cakes were on the dense side although flavourful. Perhaps I overbeat the mixture whilst combining the wet and dry ingredients. Will definately try again.
